The Order Process
Click on the emporium shop tab to choose and click the category area you wish to view.You'll be taken to all the items to buy, click your chosen item to view full details including description, pictures, and Add to Bag.
If you decide to buy an item you can view the basket and also the shopping bag to see your item, click to proceed with the secure payment gateway WorldPay accepting all major credit/debit cards and also you have the option to use PayPal, plus for offline payments you can choose to pay via cheque and bank credit transfer.
You'll be sent a confirmation of your payment and an order acknowledgement.
Your order will be processed ready for shipping.
When payment has cleared we'll send your parcel and paid invoice on the same day by Royal Mail Signed for Service with tracking number for all Worldwide parcels for safe and secure arrival.
You may prefer to buy items offline rather than using the online cart, if you would like this option and see an item/s you wish to buy please send us the item number, short description and price and we'll arrange an invoice. There's 3 options to pay for your order by PayPal, or Bank Credit Transfer (Worldwide and UK) and also Cheque (UK only). Each individual item has its own presentation box and wrapped securely in bubble wrap for safe and secure arrival.
We send items in an appropriate sized jiffy bag and for multiple items we'll send in a secure box.

Purchasing Offline - If you would like to pay for your order through the offline process by a Cheque please contact us with the item number, short header description, price and chosen method of payment through the online secure form www.house-of-francheska.co.uk/contactus.html > > >. When your form is received we will send an email invoice for payment or if you wish we can send the invoice through regular post. When you send the cheque please ensure you have your name, address and invoice number on the back of the cheque, allow 5 business working days for your cheque to clear. When payment is received and cleared in our bank we'll dispatch your order the same day.
If the product has been damaged in transit or is faulty or you are not completely satisfied please contact us within 3 days of delivery receipt. When you receive your order, and you're not satisfied you have up to 7 days to return the ordered products. The goods must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from us. You must contact us to confirm which items are being returned and you'll be liable to pay for the full postage on the returned goods.
We cannot refund on any pierced earrings and body jewellery or any other item that has a piercing this due to health reasons. Please do not ask for a refund on these items.
Any free gifts associated with returned item(s) must also be returned at the same time. Please return item(s) to the address shown on your invoice along with a note for the reason of return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account on receipt of the returned goods.
