Item Vin652 Description:  Vintage painted Chinese-theme Apple Juice Bakelite square brooch, circa early 1900s, with brass open C-clasp closer. The back of the brooch has a lined grainy surface typical of molding. Two age-related small corner chips and slightly wavy pinstick, not affecting the beauty or functionality of the brooch. Front has glossy, polished finish with curved corners. The scene depicts a lovely smiling Chinese woman in traditional clothing, sowing seeds in a field. A charming collectible piece, measuring 1.5 inches x 1.25 inches.
