Vin 551 Description ...Vintage Baby Blue Fruit Salad Molded Flower Posy Brooch
Vintage posy of flowers featuring molded baby blue flowers in
two sizes. Each flower is centered with a sparkling clear rhinestone
to depict the bud. Clear Rhinestones accentuate around the design.
The molded flowers are glass and resemble fruit salad stones.
The stems for each flower are done in pave rhinestones and tied
with a swirl also done in pave rhinestones. The design is set onto
rhodium plate and closes with a functional safety clasp. The brooch
is unsigned and reminds of an early Trifari piece. The brooch
measures 2.5 inches tall x 2 inches wide. Condition is good,
there does appear to be slight darkening of
the rhinestones in some areas. Nice piece considering age
circ 1930s
