Vin 528 Description ...Vintage Eisenberg Elaborate Rhinestone Necklace - One of the most detailed pieces of rhinestone jewellery I have every seen.
Chain portion is done in many tiny links that alternate a three stone shaped link with a six stone link;
this pattern goes around the entire length of the chain portion, which is 20 inches and terminates
in a rhinestone set foldover clasp. Pendant portion alternates the same shaped links with lines of clear rhinestones
in a kind of double pyramid pattern and measures an additional 2.52 inches.
The pendant part of the necklace is marked block E on the back with C for copyright symbol.
Stands well completely on its own merit or would make an excellent addition to a comprehensive Eisenberg collection. This necklace
is fit for a queen. The mark E in block print with copyright symbol puts this piece circ 1942-1945. Some of the stones
have darkened, however, considering the necklace is over 60 years old it still has the sparkle of real diamonds, amazing.
