Delivery
House of Francheska delivers parcels to customers in mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses and also Internationally please see Delivery and Shipping which countries are excluded paragraph All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.
Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in Delivery and Shipping We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however please allow for any bank holidays. House of Francheska shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us. We provide tracking numbers with every delivery and every parcel is signed. We are proud to announce
we have had no loss or damaged parcels, every parcel has been successfully delivered to the UK and Internationally.
Fraud Prevention
In order to protect you and us from fraud and theft, we will pass on information that we obtain if any disputes need resolving regarding fraud. Making identity checks and other information in our customer records, including how you conduct your account. A Fraud investigation service in fraud prevention and detection will be used.

Hiring Jewellery
We only hire to the Commercial Sector, however, we can hire to non commercial at the Companies discretion. If you are interested in
hiring anything from our Website please contact us for our Hire Information Pack which includes
Cover Letter, Who Hires from us, New Account Form, Hire Agreement, Details of items to Hire Form, Leaflets on Care of the Jewellery and when you have chosen the piece to hire we will send
full information on the hired product. Hire Page please give details on your hire requirements.
It is advisable to ensure you have the necessary insurance cover to protect you against any event of loss, theft or damage, your deposit fee will be retained to cover any loss or theft.
All hire items must be returned in the same condition as when hired out. We will provide a leaflet explaining how to look after the hired jewellery and confirmation on hire period.
If the item is damaged beyond repair your deposit will be retained to cover loss.
To extend the hire period please contact us to arrange a longer term, failure to contact us will result in a percentage of your deposit being deducted to cover lost hired days. When returning the hired item we will supply the appropriate packaging to ensure safe arrival and you must send it back Royal Mail Special Delivery, all costs to return it back are payable by you our customer and you must retain the
receipt as proof of sending just in case the item gets lost in the post.
Your deposit is refunded in full upon receipt of returned item as long as there has been no damage,
loss and theft in the event of this happening we will come to an agreement on resolving the matter. If you have any questions regarding hire please do not hesitate to contact us.
All hired jewellery is cleaned and sterile when item is returned ready for the next person.
We apologise to our International Customers we cannot arrange hire of jewellery to anyone outside of the UK.
Intellectual Property
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all materials and content made available as part of your use of this website shall remain at all times vested in us. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us.
You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within this website is made available for your own personal use and not for commercial use and that you may only download such material and content for the purpose of using this website. You further acknowledge that any other use of the material and content of this website is strictly prohibited and you agree not to and agree not to assist or facilitate to any third party to copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.
You will notice there are images of famous actors and actresses and vintage advertisements, these are shown for information purposes only,to protect the contributor and photographer and any other ownership of this material by using the non function to copying from the website. House of Francheska will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information on the site but makes no representation or warranty of any kind express or implied statutory or otherwise regarding the contents or availability of the site or that it will be timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the website House of Francheska will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website and House of Francheska accepts no liability of any kind for any loss or damage from action taken or taken in reliance on material or information contained on the site.
The terms and conditions does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your contract cancellation rights.
We will take all precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
Misrepresentation
All items are described to the best of our ability, using information either on the product or from the manufacturer. If you feel we have failed on the description we will give you back a no quibble full refund as long as the goods remain in the same condition when sent out.
We would also like to mention "Vintage" means that the item has not recently been made and also means it has been used in the past,
however, sometimes you can find pieces that have never been worn. All our items are quality checked
and supplied in excellent condition unless otherwise stated in the descriptions.
A Vintage piece of jewellery gives alot more character if left untouched, however, it is up to the buyer's discretion whether or not to preserve the beautiful patina.
Ordering
Please see our information page How to Buy off Our Website. All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The confirmation stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered inc of any shipping and if applicable any other additional costs and any discounts.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it - please refer to
Returns and refunds.

Payment
Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order, however, while we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur.
If we discover there is an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming
your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Payment can be made by any method specified in Method of Payment
Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, although on some occasions you will see the price includes shipping and insurance.

Privacy Policy
We fully respect customer privacy and do not sell or divulge any personal information supplied to us to any other third parties. Your personal details are treated as strictly confidential including name, email address, address, telephone and any other information collected by us.
We do not see or collect any of your credit card details online, all your credit card details are processed through the secure gateway Protx. We only use your personal information which is your name and address to process and dispatch your orders and if you choose to sign up for our monthly newsletter.
We may use your information to keep you informed of products and services including special offers, discounts, offers, competitions and so on
by one of these methods, Email, Telephone and Post. If you do not wish to receive any marketing material from House of Francheska please contact us to opt out.
Returns and Refunds
If the product has been damaged in transit or is faulty or you are not completely satisfied please contact us within 3 days of order receipt.
When you receive your order, and you are not satisfied you have up to 7 days to return the ordered products.
The goods must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from us.
You must contact us to confirm which items are being returned and you will be liable to pay for the full postage on the returned goods.
We cannot refund on any pierced earrings and body jewellery or any other item that has a piercing. This is for health reasons. Please do not ask for a refund on these items.
Any free gifts associated with returned item(s) must also be returned at the same time. Please return item(s) to the address shown on your invoice along with a note for the reason of return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account on receipt of the returned goods.
Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.

We take all steps to protect your personal information. You accept the inherent security risks of providing information and dealing on-line over the Internet and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security
unless this is due to our negligence.
Sometimes you will read press reports that some customers of banks and online businesses have been receiving fraudulent emails and pop-ups.
