Delivery
House of Francheska delivers parcels to customers in mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses and also Internationally. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.
Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in Delivery and Shipping We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however please allow for any bank holidays. House of Francheska shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us. We provide tracking numbers with every delivery and every parcel is signed. We are proud to announce we have had no loss or damaged parcels, every parcel has been successfully delivered to the UK and Internationally.
Fraud Prevention
In order to protect you and us from fraud and theft, we will pass on information that we obtain if any disputes need resolving regarding fraud. Making identity checks and other information in our customer records, including how you conduct your account. A Fraud investigation service in fraud prevention and detection will be used.

The terms and conditions does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your contract cancellation rights.
We will take all precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
Misrepresentation
All items are described to the best of our ability, using information either on the product or from the manufacturer. If you feel we have failed on the description we will give you back a no quibble full refund as long as the goods remain in the same condition when sent out. We would also like to mention "Vintage" means that the item has not recently been made and also means it has been used in the past, however, sometimes you can find pieces that have never been worn. All our items are quality checked and supplied in excellent condition unless otherwise stated in the descriptions. A Vintage piece of jewellery gives alot more character if left untouched, however, it is up to the buyer's discretion whether or not to preserve the beautiful patina.
Ordering
Please see our information page How to Buy off Our Website. All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The confirmation stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered inc of any shipping and if applicable any other additional costs and any discounts.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it - please refer to Returns and refunds.

Payment
Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order, however, while we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover there is an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Payment can be made by any method specified in Method of Payment
Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, although on some occasions you will see the price includes shipping and insurance.

Privacy Policy
We fully respect customer privacy and do not sell or divulge any personal information supplied to us to any other third parties. Your personal details are treated as strictly confidential including name, email address, address, telephone and any other information collected by us. We do not see or collect any of your credit card details online, all your credit card details are processed through the secure gateway Protx. We only use your personal information which is your name and address to process and dispatch your orders and if you choose to sign up for our monthly newsletter.
We may use your information to keep you informed of products and services including special offers, discounts, offers, competitions and so on by one of these methods, Email, Telephone and Post. If you do not wish to receive any marketing material from House of Francheska please contact us to opt out.
Returns and Refunds
If the product has been damaged in transit or is faulty or you are not completely satisfied please contact us within 3 days of order receipt. When you receive your order, and you are not satisfied you have up to 7 days to return the ordered products. The goods must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from us. You must contact us to confirm which items are being returned and you will be liable to pay for the full postage on the returned goods.
We cannot refund on any pierced earrings and body jewellery or any other item that has a piercing. This is for health reasons. Please do not ask for a refund on these items.
Any free gifts associated with returned item(s) must also be returned at the same time. Please return item(s) to the address shown on your invoice along with a note for the reason of return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account on receipt of the returned goods.
Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.

We take all steps to protect your personal information. You accept the inherent security risks of providing information and dealing on-line over the Internet and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence.

OPTION 1 SELLERS
By submitting any material to House of Francheska including photographs and text received via email or other means, you automatically grant us the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, exclusive rights and license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such material (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content.
All Sellers who decide to sell through House of Francheska will have to sign our Sales Agency Agreement to protect both Seller and for us your acting agent.
To sell your item it is your responsibility to provide adequate shipping details and to ensure you send all items via a signed for service this will ensure safe arrival for your parcel. Provide your buyer with proof of dispatch by sending them a copy of the receipt and a tracking number for their parcel. This gives peace of mind to both sellers and buyers.
You are bound and accept once the buyer has sent payment you must ship the item immediately and ensure the package is wrapped securely and marked with your buyers full address and add your own address as the sender on the back off the parcel. If sending parcels abroad please make sure you comply with the countries regulations for shipment, you will be provided with a customs form to complete at your postal office with the correct description. We are not liable and have no legal responsibility with your buyer for any loss or damage to parcels.
You must pay your listing fee in advance when the fee has been received we will upload all relevant details to your allocated webpage by return. Please provide good clear images and a well written description for all items and have the full price ready on the item you want to sell.
A bit of caution, we advise if travel is involved and your buyer decides to visit you at home to collect their parcel please ask the buyer to produce identity before inviting them into your home.
The Seller and House of Francheska will agree a payment date for your sold item once your buyer has confirmed they have received their parcel and they are completely satisfied. Ideally we choose to pay you the seller for your sold item via Paypal or Bank Giro Credit for International Sellers and we can pay via Paypal, Bank Giro Credit or Cheque to UK Sellers.
House of Francheska will keep in regular contact with your buyer to ensure a smooth transaction to end of and close of sale. An invoice will be raised for your buyer through House of Francheska and the Buyer will pay through our secure payment gateway. A copy of the invoice will be sent to you the seller and to the buyer.

BUYERS
Deciding to buy off a seller who has chosen to sell through House of Francheska you automatically agree to be bound by the following conditions Besides House of Francheska selling their own items we also have private sellers around the World who sell through us. If it is a private sellers it will show on the listed item webpage their Name and Location.
All sellers items are sold through H.O.F we are their acting agents. If you have bought an item from a private seller, you have no legal comeback to approach House of francheska if your item or items turn out to be faulty or lost in transit. Please check the sellers returns policy showing on their listed item webpage.
Keep an accurate record of all email communications, invoices, receipts, record the item description for any future reference.
Like auction websites or website shops the buyer pays for their items up front and the seller will contact you when the item is going to be shipped with proof of dispatch. All parcels are sent via a recorded delivery for the UK and International for safe arrival. You will receive a tracking number with every purchase.This will give you peace of mind the parcel has been sent and is on its way to you.
If you decide to buy off a private seller using the House of Francheska Website we are not liable for faulty goods after your 7 days guarantee, all disputes will be between the private seller and buyer, however, this has never happened as we do thorough checks the sellers are of good standing and reputation.
OTHER INFORMATION
House of Francheska takes care to ensure that all private listings placed on the website are legal and honest.
We feel sure we have covered everything to bring you a safe, secure and a friendly service. If you think we should add anything else please let us know and we will consider your request.
Miscellaneous
The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
We have selected our products on the basis that they will be used for domestic use only, if you are planning to use them for business purposes please make sure that you are covered by appropriate insurance.
House of Francheska shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these terms and conditions if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
To provide increased value to our customers, we provide links to other websites or resources for you to access at your sole discretion. You acknowledge and agree that, as you have chosen to enter the linked website we are not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and do not review or endorse and are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for the privacy practices of such websites, the content of such websites, including any advertising, content, products, goods or other materials or services on or available from such websites or resources or the use to which others make of these websites or resources, nor for any damage, loss or offence caused or alleged to be caused by, or in connection with, the use of or reliance on any such advertising, content, products, goods or other materials or services available on such external websites or resources.
