Layaway or Item to be Put On Hold
Layaway or Item on Hold is for items giving the total value of or over GBP £100.00 or equivalent to US $200.00 is now available.
Guidelines for International and for the UK
Your order must total GBP £100.00 or $200.00 or more
Payments can be spread over 6 months with one month payable in advance
There are no additional fees to the buyer if you choose Paypal, all fees are payable by us the seller.
The final invoice will include any shipping and handling
Email with item numbers you wish to place on layaway, your complete
mailing address including zip, and your email address and paypal email address if this is your chosen method
to pay.

Hello, I would like to place three jewellery items on layaway. I am including
my name, mailing address, chosen method of payment and email contact address/s
Name....
Address with zip code......
Email contact address/s.......
Chosen method of Payment - if paying by Paypal please include your paypal email address.....
You will then receive a confirmation email from us on the items you want put on hold
which will also include....unit price, total amount and will include any shipping charge. Your monthly instalment
plan will be sent to you by return and you will be asked to agree to the layaway plan and to go ahead.
When your details have been accepted and an agreement has been reached between us,
House of Francheska will send you a monthly invoice direct to you to pay by your chosen method of payment.
Your order will be placed on hold until full payment has been received, once all completed
your items will be sent immediately.
NOTE.......Method of Payment is through Secure Gateway Paypal, Secure Gateway Protx for all major Credit Cards
and Cheques are acceptable from the UK.
Cancelling your layaway
If you decide not to go ahead and want to cancel your layaway after you have made one of more payments there will
be a re-stocking charge at 10 percent of the final invoice amount. We have to do this as there is a possible chance
we could of sold the item if it was not placed on hold. I am sure you will understand our position on this matter. You are
entitled to cancel the layaway at any time as long as these conditions are met.
Please note that you are liable for any import duties or additional charges imposed by the
customs department in your Country.
