Why should I buy off you?
This question was received from a UK customer and here is our answer - You can of course go online and buy from an oversea's destination, however, you must consider
the facts involved when buying from abroad. The whole process can take up to 10-20 days sometimes 30 days to complete. First you have to trust the person you are buying from, then there is
negotiation on shipping charges, then there is payment method, when that is agreed, it is time to send the order, the parcel can be delayed due to customs holding your item for
inspection and possible customs charges, if you are charged customs it should be the going VAT rate of the value of the item, its not just the VAT to pay you also have to pay
for the carrier to send from customs office, so in fact you are paying shipping charges from the overseas destination and then another charge from customs. The other factors are loss and theft of
parcels. When you buy from us we have done all this hard work for you and guarantee your parcel will arrive safe and secure!

Yes we hire to the Commercial Sector and sometimes at our own discretion we will hire to
non commercial, we can supply a full information pack on hiring Jewellery, please contact us for further information

What if I change my mind after paying the deposit for a hired item?
As long as the item has not left our premises we will give you the full deposit back.
If the item has been dispatched then we will retain a small portion to cover handling charges, mainly the postage and packaging costs. We are still processing the Hire
side of the business.

I am getting married and need special attention to my jewellery, can you help me?
Yes, we can offer a couple of services for brides, one is we request what your needs are by simply
filling in our secure online Contact Us Form
Your information will be encrypted over the internet giving you full privacy.
We will then review it for you and once we have found the perfect jewellery for you,
we will send you the details to look over and you can place the order. The other option is to look through our online catalogue and if there

I am an International Customer, what about Import procedures to my country?
All countries have their own Government Rules, you must check this out for yourself as we do not know about every
countries import rules concerning customs and any taxes. We send all parcels International Signed and have been sending parcels for a long time now, we have not experienced any problems sending abroad.

Can you restore and clean jewellery for me?
No not at the moment, the only resource we have is a leaflet giving you full details on how to clean jewellery yourself and also we some very useful links on this subject
We will be looking into cleaning and restoration in the future. There is reference's on the internet and the library which may help you on restoration.

Can I have a Layaway?
Yes, we will do a layaway for a maximum of 10 days, after the 10 day period the item will be returned back to stock at no extra charge.

Do you charge for Shipping?
Yes we do charge for shipping, however we do not overcharge we fully respect postage costs and will ensure you do not pay over the recommended shipping charge given to us by our couriers
