Packaging

Each individual item has its own presentation box and wrapped securely in bubble wrap for safe and secure arrival.  We send items in an appropriate sized jiffy bag and for multiple items we send in a secure box.

Delivery

Royal Mail Recorded Delivery UK - Free - Delivery time 3-5 days

Royal Mail Special Delivery UK - This is a NDD Service - Please send a request if your item is needed urgent. Price depends on single or multiple  items.  Single  item Price: GPB £6.50

Royal Mail International Signed -  Free - Delivery time approx 7-10 days depending on customs for your Country

All parcels are sent via a signed for service and a tracking number is provided for all parcels sent to the UK and Worldwide.  Parcels are also fully insured for safe arrival.

Returns and Refunds

If the product has been damaged in transit or is faulty or you are not completely satisfied please contact us within 3 days of order receipt. When you receive your order, and you are not satisfied you have up to 7 days to return the ordered products. The goods must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from us. You must contact us to confirm which items are being returned and you will be liable to pay for the full postage on the returned goods.

We cannot refund on any pierced earrings and body jewellery or any other item that has a piercing. This is for health reasons. Please do not ask for a refund on these items.

Any free gifts associated with returned item(s) must also be returned at the same time. Please return item(s) to the address shown on your invoice along with a note for the reason of return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account on receipt of the returned goods.

Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.

Method of Payment

Payments are accepted from National and International Customers.  All Prices are inclusive of Vat 20%.  There are no payment fees.

PayPal

Paypal uses their own VeriSign secure 256 bit encryption for safe and secure transactions.

All major Credit/Debit cards accepted. Paypal accepts currency Canadian Dollar, Euro, Pound Sterling, US Dollar, Yen and Australian Dollar. You do not need a Paypal account to use your credit card.

Paypal is trusted by millions Worlwide with no transaction fees being incurred to the Buyer. If you prefer we can send a Paypal Money Request to your email address or you can continue to pay via Paypal through our shopping cart.

Bank Giro Credit

You can pay via Bac's or Bank Giro Credit Transfer.  When you check-out from your shopping cart you will see our bank details showing for you to choose this method of payment. This service is available to International and UK customers.

Cheque, Postal Order and  Moneygrams

When you check-out to pay for your order through the shopping cart you will see this method of payment as Check/Money Order please select this item if you wish to pay via this service. More details on this service as below:-

Cheques and Postal Orders:  We accept Cheques and Postal Orders from the UK only made payable to House of Francheska. Please ensure you have your name and address on the back of the cheque or Postal Order and please allow 5 business working days for your cheque to clear. As soon as payment has cleared we will dispatch your order the same day.

Moneygrams from our International Customers:  Moneygrams are arranged through your local Main Post Office. Currency must be in Pounds Sterling and made payable to House of Francheska.
